With a limited budget and a very small window of time, Kalamazoo Valley Community College was left in a quandry to complete the renovation of their outdated chemistry labs. The Kalleward Group was selected as the Design/Build professional responsible for meeting this challenge. Adhering to a strict budget the project’s design was continually evaluated to allow the cost optimization of materials and building methods. Identification of long lead deliveries and the timely procurement of services facilitated the completion of the renovations around the college’s year round class schedule.

Through the detailed attention provided to KVCC for this project, completion was obtained two weeks ahead of schedule and at a final cost 2% below the College’s approved budget. This is Design/Build at its best. This is Kalleward Group.
