As
a high profile project within southwest Michigan, Green Bay Packaging’s
plan to relocate their facility enticed involvement. Established as a competitive
general contracting bid situation, Kalleward Group was amongst a select
group of bidders. With an ability to provide the "best" price,
a contract was awarded to the Kalleward Group. The 312,000 square foot project
was constructed in eight months, which not only allowed early occupancy,
but also the ability to produce corrugated paper far earlier than planned.
The attractive manufacturing facility is comprised
of a steel superstructure with a perimeter envelop of precast concrete wall
panels. The building provides valuable manufacturing and warehouse space
for Green Bay Packaging’s growing needs. |
