Driven by the need to relocate their facilities, Kalamazoo Ophthalmology contracted Kalleward Group as Design/Build Contractor to assist in the completion of their new office building. Located within the business area of the Woodbridge Residential Community in Portage, Michigan, the building had to comply with area restrictions.

The new facility needed an all-natural exterior finish, and design to compliment the other surrounding businesses. Kalleward Group provided services that allowed the appropriate aesthetic qualities necessary for the community while obtaining a design within Kalamazoo Ophthalmology's budget. On-time completion was critical so as not to cause a loss of appointments or difficult scheduling for the doctors.
