To support the continued growth of their corporate clients, Phoenix Properties awarded Kalleward Group a Design/Build contract for the renovation of approximately 11,500 square feet of newly acquired 2nd floor space. The previous use necessitated the complete renovation to house the Treasury and Financial Departments of clients. Offices and conference rooms were added as well as an update of finishes, fixtures, and equipment.

Once is nice but twice is better. After the successful renovation of the 2nd floor corporate offices, Kalleward Group was retained for Design/Build services. The project would now entail the renovation of 13,500 square feet currently occupied by top executives, including the Chief Executive Officer and administrative staff. The corporation was looking to update the image for what would become their new World Headquarters. The two-phase project included the complete renovation of the Executive offices, lobby, and Board room as well as modifying the finishes, fixtures, and equipment in the balance of the space.

Current renovation is now under way on the 1st floor of the Phoenix Properties Airview Property, which will complete the renovation process.
