Having completed construction in 2001, Kalleward Group has been working with Southridge Reformed Church for the past two years in assisting with design and working through value-added engineering to help in controlling costs for their new facility.

The original construction budget was set at roughly $4,250,000.00. However, accurate estimating allowed the congregation to add amenities to the scope of the project and maintain a final construction cost of $3,982,688.00.
