With a competitive bid and a reputation for quality and ethical building practices, Kalleward Group was awarded the contract for this 25,000 square foot expansion, although Kalleward was not the low bidder for the project.

St. Martin of Tours constructed a new nave and sanctuary with architectural glue laminated beams and timber deck roof systems, sloped floors and an open cupola with stained glass windows 30 feet in the air. This expansion increased their seating capacity to 950 plus and included additional classrooms, choir room, gathering spaces and administrative offices for this growing parish. Subsequently, Kalleward Group has been honored to complete additional renovations and expansions that were not part of the original contract.
