Selected by WMU to provide Construction Management services, Kalleward Group provided valuable planning and budgeting services. With a third down and long situation, the 55,000 square foot project was constructed in eight months. Valuable scheduling and estimating allowed this project to be designed and constructed on what was a tight site. Maintaining traffic on one of the city’s busiest thoroughfares and occupying a minimum amount of premium university parking meant on time sequencing and deliveries were a must.

The attractive sports facility includes new offices for the coaching staff, meeting/video rooms, suites for season ticket holders, team locker rooms, training rooms, weight room, and other support amenities. With a true team effort, WMU was a winner as this project was completed in time for the football season opener.
