Kalleward Group partnered with the City of Marshall for the remodel of Ketchum Park, located in the heart of Marshall’s historic district. The project featured extensive sitework, including the placement of several limestone boulders into Rice Creek, arrangement of over a hundred limestone outcropping rocks, and construction of leach basins, topped off with expansive landscaping. The remodel also included the construction of a new Cronin Mill Race Pavilion, featuring concrete seat walls, a fireplace, a grill, and extensive seating; tiered-concrete pathways; and a new creek-overlook deck and retaining wall. The park was completed with the installation of ornate metalworks.
