Renovation for Kalamazoo Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery included extensive upgrades and remodeling of eight operating rooms, offices and common spaces. Renovations included new flooring, ceilings, finishes, electrical and mechanical systems, build layout, and specialty healthcare equipment. To accommodate for a busy operating schedule, Kalleward Group only had 10 days to complete the renovation of common spaces and install new fire protection systems throughout the building. To prevent disruptions, Kalleward Group meticulously phased the renovations of offices and operating rooms. Additionally, construction was conducted in highly ventilated environments, sealed off from neighboring operating rooms to prevent the spread of dust and debris.
